Job summary

MES Solutions in Norwood, MA is seeking a Remote Client Coordinator to support medical claims preparation and documentation for review, including organizing materials from multiple sources and compiling complete case files.

You will handle inquiries, update client databases, coordinate with QA, contact providers, file records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help maintain timely, accurate workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year clerical experience; medical office/insurance preferred.
• Able to type at least 40 WPM and handle multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from clients or their representatives and report status.
• Enter client/claimant information into databases and retrieve data.
• Maintain daily contact with QA on workflow and status of reports.
• Coordinate with providers for assignment and update databases.
• File and archive open and closed cases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in resolution of customer issues and ensure timely processing.
