Job summary

CommuniCare+OLE is seeking a Call Center Representative to support patients by triaging calls and scheduling appointments. You will document interactions in the electronic health record under supervision of the Call Center Manager.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced health-center environment; bilingual ability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience in medical office, hospital or clinic preferred.
• Administrative and customer service experience in a busy environment is required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills including MS Office; EHR system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with handling and triaging phone calls.
• Schedule appointments and respond to questions.
• Document interactions within the electronic health record.
