Five Star Solutions is seeking a remote call center professional to support patients with billing questions, insurance payments, and account balances. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 9:00am–6:00pm EST schedule and paid training to get you up to speed.

You will handle inbound calls, process payments, document actions, and escalate billing disputes as needed. A minimum of one year in customer service and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of call center or customer service/office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• A calm, professional approach and a patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information about patient accounts and charges.
• Process credit card payments and document all call details and actions taken.
• Escalate complex billing disputes to the appropriate department.
