• Minimum 5 years of hands-on medical billing and accounts receivable experience.
• Experience billing commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Strong knowledge of claim submission, denial management, and payor reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for accuracy before submission.
• Submit clean claims to commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Post payments from patients and insurance; perform bank reconciliation.
• Research and resolve claim denials and payor issues; pursue appeals as needed.
