Job summary

Skill is partnering with a major Healthcare company to fill a Remote Client Services Specialist role focused on revenue cycle and denial management. You will investigate denials, coordinate resolutions, and support patient billing inquiries from a home office.

The position requires 1–3 years of healthcare billing experience, HS diploma, and ability to work 9-5 CST remotely. Compensation is hourly with benefits including health premium stipends and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of revenue cycle experience in healthcare billing, claims follow-up or denial management preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical claims workflows, payer processes, denial recovery, and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and insurance carriers to address billing questions and check claim statuses.
• Investigate denied, rejected, or underpaid claims to determine root causes and coordinate resolution.
• Prepare and submit claim corrections, appeals, and required documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure prompt reimbursement.
• Document activity and payer outreach in billing systems in compliance with HIPAA.
