Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience in handling billing inquiries and customer contact with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Service customer needs by accurately billing accounts and ensuring timely remittance.
• Follow up with payers to facilitate uninterrupted cash flow.
• Document activities in ERP system accurately and timely.
• Edit and resubmit claims to ensure payment.
• Prepare and review clean claims for submission to insurances.
