Accendra Health is seeking a remote associate collector to manage customer billing and ensure timely remittance. You will follow up with payers, resolve billing issues, and document activities in the ERP system while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

The role emphasizes effective phone and email etiquette, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency with MS Office tools to support claims and payment processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone/email etiquette.
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience with customer billing and payer interactions.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance codes.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Service customer billing needs and ensure accurate remittance.
• Follow up with payers to facilitate uninterrupted cash flow.
• Identify and resolve billing issues and patient concerns.
• Prepare and review claims for submission and resubmission.
• Document activities promptly in ERP and maintain accuracy.
