Job summary

National Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for a fully remote, full-time role serving CareHarmony patients. You will assist with referral management for high-risk patients, create and update patient charts, and input medical information in real-time while coordinating with Care Coordinators.

We offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a yearly on-call rotation. Join a collaborative team that values accuracy, communication, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certificate must be active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Receive new patient referrals from clients
• Create charts for all new patients
• Input medical information in new chart
• Help Care Coordinators with patient needs as applicable
• Foster relationships with their team to ensure the CareHarmony culture is positive and supportive
