Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant for a fully remote role supporting pediatric chronic care initiatives.

You will collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and therapists to organize patient data and ensure smooth care delivery for children with chronic conditions. The role emphasizes scheduling, data collection, and clear communication with referring providers, with M-F 9 AM - 6 PM PST and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and multiple technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across the care team using EHR and scheduling systems.
• Gather, organize, and maintain patient intake forms, medical histories, and relevant documentation.
• Verify patient information is complete and accurate in the EHR system before clinical visits.
• Reach out to referring providers to establish care and clarify patient history.
