Job summary

Nsight Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Chronic Care Management team in a remote contact center. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, review medications and diagnoses, and coordinate care with providers.

The role requires an active MA license, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to document interactions in our clinical platform in real time. Training lasts four weeks, with Eastern Time hours and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to check in on patients, maintaining a high call volume.
• Handle inbound calls and triage based on clinical urgency.
• Route non-clinical calls to appropriate departments while minimizing hold times.
• Document CCM care plan calls and ensure timely outreach.
• Collaborate with providers to coordinate patient care via telephonic contact.
• Document all patient interactions in the clinical platform in real time.
