Job summary

ENT Specialty Partners is seeking an Appointment Scheduler for remote-first work to join a fast-paced clinical team. You will manage a high volume of calls and ensure accurate patient scheduling while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a High School diploma and familiarity with EHR systems; ENT knowledge is a plus. This is a fully remote position with potential collaboration across multiple offices and providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems; experience with eClinical Works or similar platform preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology. ENT knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while always identifying self and clinic name.
• Assist patients and other callers by providing direct support or routing calls to the appropriate party.
• Complete initial registration of new patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with patients, staff, and providers.
