Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while always identifying self and clinic name.
• Assist patients and other callers by providing direct support or routing calls to the appropriate party.
• Complete initial registration of new patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with patients, staff, and providers.
