Job summary

E.N.T. Specialty Partners is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to manage a high volume of patient calls and ensure accurate scheduling from a remote setting.

You will assist with initial patient registration and coordinate with clinical staff to route inquiries efficiently. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, familiarity with electronic health record systems (preferably eClinical Works), and strong medical terminology knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems; experience with eClinical Works or similar platform preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• ENT knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, identifying yourself and the clinic.
• Assist patients by providing direct support or routing calls to the appropriate party.
• Complete initial registration of new patients according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with patients, staff, and providers.
• Adapt to evolving clinic needs and support overall team success.
