Job summary

Conduent is hiring remote Call Center Associates for Medicaid in Virginia. You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver high-quality service while meeting performance goals. Learn Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and claims while assisting recipients and providers.

The role requires a high school diploma, internet access, and bilingual Spanish language skills preferred. Full-time, with standard hours 8:30am–5:00pm EST, Monday–Friday, remote from Virginia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and/or drug screening.
• High speed internet access and a quiet workspace.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish speaking preferred).
• Experience in Medicaid/Medicare or health insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Virginia Medicaid member/provider inquiries in a call center using scripts.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research and document calls.
• Explain eligibility, claim status and provider enrollment status clearly.
• Follow policies including call handling and escalations.
• Act as advocate for Medicaid recipients and providers to meet needs.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team to improve customer satisfaction.
• Verify documents and complete required training.
