Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to support Medicaid inquiries for our Government Healthcare Solutions account. You will handle inbound calls from members and providers, provide accurate information and resolve issues to meet quality targets.

This role offers paid training, day-one benefits, and a stable full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm EST) with weekends off, in a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and/or drug screening.
• High-speed internet access and space to work away from noise and distractions.
• Preferred: Medicaid, Medicare, or Health Insurance experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Virginia Medicaid member and provider inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research and resolve inquiries and document calls.
• Provide information regarding eligibility, claim status and enrollment status.
• Follow documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Act as an advocate for Medicaid recipients and providers to meet their needs.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
