Job summary

Omega Home & Auto Care is seeking an experienced Mechanical Claims Analyst to evaluate and process automotive repair claims. You’ll review repair documentation, assess coverage, and guide customers through the claims process while maintaining high attention to detail.

The role supports later-day claims coverage and welcomes candidates nationwide in the US time zones, with a preference for Pacific Time and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating automobile repair claims and determining coverage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for claims handling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a later shift in US time zones, Pacific preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process automobile, RV, and powersports repair claims per policies.
• Review repair docs to confirm concern, cause, and correction.
• Handle inbound calls from customers, dealers, and agents; resolve questions.
• Guide customers and repair facilities through the claims process; request info as needed.
• Document interactions, inspection results, verifications, and other claims data.
• Evaluate coverage, review labor/parts estimates, order inspections when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of Omega products and labor/time guide tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
