Job summary

Protective Asset Protection seeks an Automotive Claims Adjuster to adjudicate and intake new losses, assess coverage, and investigate claims while delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to communicate with customers in both languages.

Position requires 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8a-8p with rotating Saturdays. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities in a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive service as a technician or service advisor.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate contract terms.
• Proficient with computers (MS Word, Excel) and multiple systems.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and professional service on phone inquiries while providing information regarding claim processing and coverage.
• Authorize claims and answer a high volume of inbound calls.
• Process and complete all paperwork according to established procedures.
• Other Job Duties as assigned.
