One80 Intermediaries is seeking a bilingual Claims Specialist (Spanish) to join our team remotely from Ohio. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and claims processing to support furniture repairs and warranty services, while maintaining strong customer relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in intake processing, solid computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. A high school diploma is required, with teamwork and basic math skills valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months experience in intake processing.
• Proficient computer skills and keyboard proficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and emails.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily inbound and outbound communications (phone, email).
• Process and review claims from start to finish.
• Coordinate with technicians, inspect packets, authorize services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer service standards.
