Job summary

Protective Asset Protection is seeking an Automotive Claims Adjuster to deliver engaging, professional service on phone inquiries, explain claim processing and coverage, and help customers navigate vehicle protection solutions.

You will authorize claims, handle a high volume of inbound calls, and complete all paperwork according to established procedures in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in an Automotive Service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Advisor.
• Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking skills to effectively interpret the customer needs and provide resolution.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to identify and remove obstacles to ensure efficient workflow.
• Must be proficient with computers and applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc. as well as the ability to work with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma required.
