Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a Mechanical or Aerospace engineer to help train and evaluate AI agents operating inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts, working alongside CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build.

Required are 5+ years in CAD modelling (CATIA/SolidWorks/NX/Creo), an active CAD licence, Python and GitHub familiarity, and English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Master/PhD a plus).
• 5+ years of hands-on CAD modelling experience (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Creo or similar).
• Active CAD licence required.
• Familiarity with Python and GitHub.
• English at B2 level or above.
