Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a senior CAD modeller to help train and evaluate AI agents that operate inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts, working with CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build.

The role is fully remote in the United States, with 10-20 hours per week during active phases. Candidates should have 5+ years of CAD modelling experience, an active CAD licence, and Python/GitHub

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CAD modelling
• Active professional CAD licence
• English level B2 or above

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents in a real CAD environment
• Design part geometry and build reference solutions
