Job summary

Fidium Fiber is seeking a results-driven MDU Account Executive to drive sales of our fiber services to multi-dwelling units. This remote role covers the Houston, Katy and Woodlands territory and emphasizes new account acquisition and existing account growth in a fast-paced market.

You will identify growth opportunities, deliver presentations to executives, negotiate ROEs and access agreements, and partner with internal teams to ensure seamless installation and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success in selling to MDUs and creating growth opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with RFPs, ROE rights, and HOA processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with property management to assess needs and propose MDU solutions.
• Negotiate ROE with MDU owners and HOAs.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers in real estate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end customer success.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
