Job summary

Fidium Fiber is seeking an experienced MDU Account Executive to drive sales in multi-dwelling units across a remote Houston/Katy/Woodlands territory. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with property managers, and close MDU access and bulk agreements.

You will negotiate ROE with owners, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, positioning our fiber services as essential amenities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet with property management to assess needs, propose solutions, and negotiate MDU bulk or access agreements.
• Negotiate rights of entry (ROE) with MDU owners, HOAs, and property managers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of MDU prospects and manage from initial contact to closing.
• Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers and showcase our solutions as essential amenities.
• Document sales activities and provide regular forecasts and updates to management.
