Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is a remote, growth-focused, MBEs-certified workforce strategy firm seeking experienced capital connectors to introduce us to SBA lenders, MBE capital programs, and CDFIs that fund growth-stage professional services firms.

This 1099 finder role offers a climbing compensation ladder based on closed facilities and ongoing expansions, with a retainer option for ongoing capital strategy advisory. Strong network and proven closing history preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in commercial banking, SBA lending, or CDFI.
• Active network with lender, investor, or capital program decision-makers.
• Closed at least 3 capital introductions in your career.

Responsibilities

• Introduce TWF to qualified capital sources across SBA loans, SBA 504, MBE-targeted lenders, CDFIs, revenue-based financing platforms, and state MBE capital programs.
• Position the introduction with context (no spam intros).
• Coordinate the warm hand-off to TWF leadership.
• Track the introduction through to closed facility.
