The Wilkinson Firm is seeking a strategic connector for federal teaming opportunities, focusing on workforce, BH, and hospitality contracts. This remote, 1099 role offers upside as teaming agreements convert to awards and primes pursue diverse supplier goals.

You will leverage an active prime BD network and MBE experience to drive introductions, advance engagements, and track progress from initial contact to awarded contracts.

Qualifications

• Must have background in federal contracting capture or prime BD.
• Strong network with prime BD leaders and capability to introduce to federal primes.
• Familiar with NAICS workforce categories and MBE set-aside concepts.
• Proven track record closing teaming agreements that lead to awards.
• Bonus: prior role at a federal prime in capture, BD, or partnerships leadership.

Responsibilities

• Introduce The Wilkinson Firm to federal primes pursuing workforce, BH, or hospitality contracts.
• Position introductions with prime mandates, NAICS, and anticipated set-aside details.
• Coordinate warm hand-offs to the Director of RFP Pursuits and leadership.
• Track introductions through teaming agreements, proposals, and awards.
