The Wilkinson Firm is seeking experienced Business Development operators for a fully remote US-based engagement. This 1099 contract pays $0 base plus 10–20% of first-year contract value on sourced revenue, plus 3–5% recurring on renewed contracts, with quarterly commissions paid within 30 days of revenue.

You will open enterprise accounts for HR Advisory, PHES, or GovCon divisions, build a prime contractor partnership pipeline, maintain co-marketing and referral relationships, and conduct

• 10+ years experience in business development within services industries.
• Existing network across chambers, associations, or B2B services.
• Ability to manage long-cycle channel partnerships and sign contracts.

• Open enterprise accounts for HR Advisory, PHES, or GovCon divisions
