The position offers a performance-driven compensation structure with incentives based on the number of leads delivered and conversion rates. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of B2B lead generation experience and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
• Ability to source high-quality MQLs based on engagement signals.
• Comfortable using lead generation tools effectively.

Responsabilités

• Source MQLs against TWF's ICP.
• Deliver MQL package with relevant contact details.
• Coordinate with AE/SDR teams for hand-offs.
• Track conversion rates from MQLs to closed deals.
