The role is an independent contractor position for an initial 12 months, with home-based work and standard 9:00 am–6:00 pm hours, Monday to Friday. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years’ experience, the ability to work autonomously, and a network of industry contacts to drive opportunities and closes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience sourcing deals through retained networks.
• Proven ability to close M&A transactions with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in analyzing balance sheets and P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A deals from origination to closure.
• Spearhead sourcing efforts across relevant industry sectors.
• Coordinate due diligence and liaise with shareholders and resources.
