Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a full-time Maternity Navigator to support expectant and new mothers in Greater Indianapolis. You will bridge the gap between the healthcare system and the community, building trust and ensuring access to resources for a healthy pregnancy journey.

The role requires field work in Marion County, Indiana, with flexible hours and an on-site/field mix. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in community health or patient advocacy with a health equity focus.
• Knowledge of prenatal and postpartum health education for mothers.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually or in-person, educating on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques to foster confidence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and elevate clinical issues.
• Document all care interactions clearly for coordinated support.
• Build trusting relationships and connect families with community resources.
• Participate in meetings and follow policies to maintain high standards.
