Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is recruiting a highly organized Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator for a remote, fast-growing AV integration firm. You will support marketing and sales teams, maintain CRM and assets, and ensure smooth back-office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the CMO and Sales Manager, you will follow established SOPs, manage email campaigns, asset creation, and customer support workflows while coordinating with finance, vendors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing/sales administration or coordination.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRMs.
• Proficiency with Notion, DocuSign, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with AI copywriting tools using templates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cadences and execute SOPs for marketing and sales.
• Manage CRM pipelines and web pages.
• Create assets and email campaigns using templates.
• Schedule social media content and campaigns.
• Route inquiries and manage customer support workflows.
• Coordinate payroll processing and commissions with finance.
