Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Handling & Triaged: Rapidly handle warm inbound calls, emails, and inquiries; Filter tasks and prioritize for management review.
• Customer Intake & Information Gathering: Conduct phone outreach to gather moving details and project specs.
• Data Entry & Management: Transfer lead details into the CRM (SmartMoving).
• Virtual Estimate Assistance: Host face-to-face video walkthroughs; use AI tools to capture room data for leadership.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Coordinate backend logistics like permits, equipment rentals, and updating records.
• Quoting & Booking (Training-Based): Learn pricing structures to assist with quoting and booking moves when leadership is unavailable.
