Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking a Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator for a remote role with a premium AV integration client. You will support Marketing and Sales, plus back-office admin, using SOPs and templates to keep data organized and processes running smoothly.

Typical hours align with Central Time, Monday through Friday. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marketing/sales administration, are tech-savvy, and proficient with GoHighLevel, Notion, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and AI

Qualifications

2+ years in marketing/sales administration, coordination, or similar multi-functional admin role.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or equivalent CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Proficiency with Notion, DocuSign, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with AI copywriting tools (ChatGPT, Claude) using standard prompts.
Strong organizational, time-management, and SOP execution skills.
Clear written and verbal communication for cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

Maintain CRM pipelines and web pages in GoHighLevel (GHL).
Create assets and emails using templates and SOPs.
Manage email campaigns and delivery schedules.
Schedule content across company social media channels.
Route inquiries and tickets to appropriate specialists; maintain customer workflows.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll and commissions (as applicable).
Oversee DocuSign operations and standard contract templates.
