Avolve is a fully remote company seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, data, technologies, and framework powering our marketing engine. You will manage HubSpot, marketing automation, campaign operations, and data governance while exploring AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, reporting, segmentation, marketing automation, and attribution.
• Experience managing marketing technology platforms, integrations, vendors, operational workflows, and project management systems such as Asana.

Responsabilités

• Own HubSpot administration and platform governance.
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, and lead scoring models.
• Collaborate with ADRs, BDRs, and Sales to ensure accurate lead routing and handoff.
• Build dashboards and reporting for marketing leadership and executives.
• Support demand generation, webinars, events, and product launches through operational execution.
