Job summary

A Hiring Group is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to act as the central point of coordination across all marketing initiatives. This remote role demands driving clarity, accountability, and results, effectively serving as the chief of staff for marketing.

You’ll coordinate across organic, paid, and brand channels, manage campaigns from planning through reporting, and align content, paid media, SEO, design, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing coordination / growth / operations roles.
• Strong understanding of organic + paid marketing channels.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset (CPL, CAC, ROAS, performance tracking).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing initiatives across organic, paid, and brand channels.
• Manage campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
• Align teams (content, paid media, SEO, design, sales).
• Support SEO, content, and social growth initiatives.
• Assist in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta).
• Track performance, budgets, and timelines; maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
• Ensure accountability and follow-through across projects.
