Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related fields
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting aligned to KPIs and ROI.
• Design and improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing and workload to priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks providing visibility into performance and financials.
• Support agency and vendor management per contracts and performance expectations
