We are seeking an Operations Manager for our revenue cycle management team to drive data-driven process improvements, remove bottlenecks, and scale workflows across cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, BI, and CX Strategy.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, staffing alignment with technology roadmaps, and strong leadership of a remote team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an Operations role, startup/healthcare setting preferred.
• 2–4 years of people management experience.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and process design.
• AI-forward approach and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and trends using data.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BI, CX Strategy and Core Ops teams.
• Analyze program metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Strategize staffing with technology roadmaps for insurance processes.
• Lead and coach a core operations team (2+ leads, remote frontline 20).
