Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 25% to facilities to support operations and leadership.
• Provide leadership for a remote team handling ROI operations across facilities.
• Foster excellence, accountability, and engagement to drive service delivery.
• Ensure ROI requests are accurate, efficient, and meet SLAs including STATs.
• Monitor performance, workflow quality, compliance, and invoicing accuracy.
• Serve as primary resource to remove barriers and support continuity.
