Job summary

First American is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive data integrity, governance, and performance measurement within the Performance Marketing CoE. You will unify data across CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms, build dashboards, and lead governance for tracking and reporting accuracy.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing talent, scalable processes, and collaboration across marketing, analytics, and technology teams to enable growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• ~7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
• ~ Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• ~ Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
• ~ Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• ~ Strong attention to detail, with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.
• ~ Collaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Unify marketing data across disparate systems (CRM, MAP, paid media, analytics platforms) into a single, trusted view.
• Partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure integrations and data pipelines are accurate, consistent, and accessible.
• Establish data governance practices to improve availability, accuracy, and usability for reporting and analysis.
• QA lead routing and conversion tracking to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain alignment across platforms to eliminate duplicate or misattributed data.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with Analytics to deliver clear, actionable performance readouts.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards across all performance marketing activities.
• Create governance frameworks for routing, QA, and reporting accuracy.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
