Job summary

First American is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own data integrity, reporting, and governance across the Performance Marketing CoE. You will unify data from CRM, MAPs, and analytics, build dashboards, and lead data quality initiatives to enable scalable, measurable marketing investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail, with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.
• Collaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Unify marketing data across disparate systems (CRM, MAP, paid media, analytics platforms) into a single, trusted view.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Establish data governance practices to improve availability, accuracy, and usability for reporting and analysis.
• QA lead routing and conversion tracking to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain alignment across platforms to eliminate duplicate or misattributed data.
• Partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure integrations and data pipelines are accurate.
