Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and automation workflows. You will drive integrations across marketing, sales, and revops, build dashboards, and ensure data quality for accurate performance insights.

The role emphasizes hands-on, technical problem solving, AI-powered tooling, and scalable processes in a remote-first, global team.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B marketing operations or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with MCP, AI tooling, GitHub operations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Experience managing websites, landing pages, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to build dashboards and analyze marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, website touchpoints).
• Maintain and optimize integrations across marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management.
