Job summary

Avolve is a fully remote position that can be performed from multiple states, including Michigan. The Marketing Operations Manager will own HubSpot, optimize marketing automation, lead lifecycle, data governance, and AI-enabled workflows to scale programs.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to ensure campaigns are tracked, governed, and reported. Compensation includes a base salary of $110,000 with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot with workflows, lifecycle management, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of lead management, funnel architecture, and data quality metrics.
• Experience building dashboards and actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot, workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle management.
• Operationalize campaigns, assets, and AI-assisted workflows for demand gen programs.
• Develop data governance, audience segmentation, and privacy compliance strategies.
• Build dashboards and deliver regular reporting for marketing leadership and executives.
