Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, data, and processes that power our marketing engine. You will manage HubSpot, drive automation, and oversee data governance across campaigns, events, and product launches.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to scale programs, implement AI-enabled workflows, and ensure measurement and governance standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration, including workflows, lifecycle management, and reporting.
• Experience with lead management, funnel architecture, and data governance.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and actionable insights for leadership.
• Experience with Asana and other marketing productivity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot administration and platform governance.
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead scoring.
• Manage campaigns, lifecycle stages, and reporting for demand generation.
• Ensure data quality, segmentation, and privacy compliance.
• Train and enable sales teams; drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead Martech strategy, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
