Blackthorn is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems, tools, and processes powering our marketing engine. You’ll manage the technology stack across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related apps, ensuring seamless integrations and accurate performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or similar technical role.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI tooling, Github operations, and self-reliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo and related apps.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revops systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and ROI.
