Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems, tools, and processes that power our marketing engine. You will manage our marketing technology stack, integrate marketing, sales, and revenue operations, and deliver accurate performance reporting.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and API-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, GitHub operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Experience managing websites, landing pages, forms, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to build dashboards, analyze marketing performance, and manage campaign attribution.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
