Dodge Construction Network is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Analyst to unlock data-driven decision making and enable scalable growth. You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to optimize demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance.

This remote role reports to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics and requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in marketing operations with Pardot, WordPress, GA4, GTM, and BI tooling experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations or related roles.
• Hands-on Pardot for marketing automation and lifecycle tracking.
• Proficient with WordPress CMS and related tools.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems.
• Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms.
• Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management.
• Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing.
• Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA.
