Qualifikationen

• 10 years of B2B marketing experience, including 4 years leading people and programs.
• Experience in healthcare technology or services, or a similarly highly regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with Attribution Modeling.

Aufgaben

• Own a data-driven demand generation strategy to increase pipeline contributions year over year.
• Lead and mentor growth marketing managers and specialists; align with sales on go-to-market priorities.
• Oversee the marketing tech stack (HubSpot and connected tools); set AI strategy and governance.
• Design and run A/B tests, conversion rate optimization and attribution modeling.
