Versant Media’s GolfNow platform seeks a Market Sales Manager to drive growth across tee sheet, POS, handheld POS, and related SaaS solutions. This remote role emphasizes building trusted advisor relationships with golf course partners and expanding product adoption to improve revenue and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS sales or related fields, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for in-market engagements. Relocation to Cincinnati or Orlando is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant SaaS sales, digital marketing, or account management experience.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle, close new business, and retain customers in a recurring revenue/SaaS environment.
• Experience selling software, POS, payments, or marketing tech in hospitality/golf/sports contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across assigned markets, including planning, discovery, negotiation, retention, expansion, and closing.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with golf course partners and multi-course operators to align solutions with goals.
• Retain and grow existing books of business by identifying needs and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and present customized GolfNow solutions addressing operations, revenue, engagement, and adoption.
• Develop market expertise on local courses, competition, and sales opportunities.
• Track activities, pipeline, revenue performance, retention, product adoption, and partner insights in CRM.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute sales/marketing strategies and improve KPIs.
