Job summary

Versant Media's GolfNow team is seeking a Market Sales Manager to drive sales, retention, and growth across tee sheets, POS, handheld POS, and SaaS solutions. This remote role requires regular in-market travel to engage golf course partners and may be based in Orlando or the greater Cincinnati area.

You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted advisor relationships, and align GolfNow technology with partner goals to boost rounds and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant SaaS sales, digital marketing, account management, business development, or technology sales experience.
• Full sales cycle experience; close new business and grow/retain customers in a SaaS environment.
• Experience selling software, POS, payments, or marketing tech in hospitality or golf sectors.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, discovery, and negotiation skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across assigned markets, including planning, discovery, negotiation, retention, expansion, and closing.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with golf course partners and prospects.
• Retain and grow existing book of business through expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and present customized GolfNow solutions addressing operations, revenue, and golfer engagement.
• Track activities and pipeline in CRM and report on performance.
