Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year Bachelor's Degree in engineering, chemistry, natural sciences, business administration, or closely related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of cement or lime manufacturing facility experience with plant management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead production, maintenance, quality and safety programs at the plant.
- Ensure production schedules align with sales forecasts and budgets.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term improvement plans.
- Coach and develop staff; present to stakeholders and regulators as needed.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
