• Ability to coach leaders, set expectations, and drive KPI performance.

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and sales leaders to drive high performance.
• Build leadership bench by identifying and promoting future leaders.
• Set expectations, inspect execution, and ensure accountability across locations.
• Drive a 'Win the Day' culture with daily priorities and urgency.
• Provide in-store coaching and remote coaching through calls, video, and check-ins.
• Use data to monitor KPIs: revenue, close rate, average ticket, margins.
• Partner with store leadership to close performance gaps and improve results.
• Communicate strategy clearly and translate it into executable actions.
• Champion guest-centric selling aligned with exceptional customer experience.
